Most of our green and black teas are sourced from high-grown Himalayan and Darjeeling regions, known for their purity, aroma, and character. Our botanicals are carefully selected from trusted growers to maintain quality and freshness. Yes. All Teaaru blends are made with real tea leaves and natural botanicals. No artificial flavors. No synthetic colors. No unnecessary additives. Yes, except for very low-caffeine white teas. Caffeine levels vary by type: * Green Tea – Moderate * Black Tea – Higher * White Tea – Low * Herbal blends – Very minimal Each product page mentions approximate caffeine content for transparency. For most green teas: 1 tsp loose leaf 200 ml hot water (80–85°C) Steep 2–3 minutes Do not boil the leaves For black tea (like Soul Kadak): Boil with water and milk for 3–5 minutes. Detailed brewing instructions are mentioned on every pack and product page. Yes. Most Teaaru loose leaf teas can be infused twice. The second brew is often lighter but equally refreshing. Most blends can be enjoyed 1–2 cups daily. For strong black tea, 1–2 cups is ideal. For low-caffeine white teas, you may enjoy up to 2 cups comfortably. Moderation is key, as with any beverage.
